About the Roles
We’re looking for up to two new board members to join each of Calico Homes and Syncora.
This is a chance to help shape services that make a real difference in people’s lives — from housing and recovery to health, care, and community wellbeing.
Whether your strengths lie in specialist expertise, governance, community leadership or equity and inclusion, we want to hear from you. This is a chance to bring your insight, values, and curiosity to a Board that’s passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges.
You don’t need to know everything; we’re looking for people who ask good questions, bring fresh perspectives, and share our commitment to making a difference. However, we’re particularly keen to hear from individuals who bring leadership experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Finance and risk (both boards)
Strategic property development / housing sector expertise (Calico Homes)
People & Culture (Syncora)
Board members play a vital role in setting the direction of travel for our organisation.
You’ll work closely with our Executive Team to ensure we live up to our values and deliver services that have real impact.
You’ll help guide strategic decisions, support and challenge leadership, and contribute to a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and accountability.
